Answer… Flexibility, personalization, and meeting your customers where they are. If we’ve learned anything over the past two years, it’s that we all have to be flexible with the changes and events that are thrown at us. Because of supply chain issues this year, you may have to pivot products or find new sources. Also, customers want personalization – they want to know your care about them. The easiest way to do this is through email marketing and in-store interactions. Lastly, the past 2 years have changed everyone. Needs and priorities are different – you need to meet your customers where they are. That can be through your customer service, lending a hand, or just empathizing with them.
