My top 3 time management tips would be:
- Plan in advance. We write content one month in advance, this saves us time by not having to figure out each day what to post.
- Block off time to work on specific things. Set time blocks for projects such as content writing, responding to posts, taking pictures, etc.
- You know what you are good at. The things you don’t like to do, don’t want to do, or cannot do – outsource! Trust me – it saves you time!
