Great approach here Mandy! I am struggling with how to get more understanding about the importance of having values and visions. A lot of people beliefs Social media can solve something which is not in place or they are afraid of adding more work without knowing Why! It’s easy to create social media places but without a strategy there will only be a lot of empty places. I use to say they have to change mind set and replace the cold calls and start to communicate with their customers where they are, and fulfil their needs. I really Like how you are working recognize BNI “Givers Gain” when reading your references 😀

Hi Mandy, My biggest problem is trying to manage it all. I am still trying to learn it all and I feel like I don’t have a plan on what to focus on. Do you have any suggestions for those just starting out? I could not get the sound up high enough on your video so if you talked about this I apologize. Thanks ~ Sue

My struggles with social media can best be summed up with the following quote:
“Waiting for me to commence a conversation, one is in for a very long wait” – From ‘The King’s Speech’
For me, the biggest obstacle to overcome is the fear of saying the wrong thing and sounding like a total goof!
